HELP can arrange to obtain the full-text of any medical article published in any medical journal. This is a paid service, and money needs to be paid in advance. The cost for a copy of a single article is Rs 595 only, and this takes about 15 days. We can also arrange to obtain articles on a rush basis, and this is more expensive. Please contact us for more details.

If you want more information on how to search the net, you can find an online webguide for doctors here. ( However, once you use MDConsult, you most probably will not need this guide !)
